Use the form below to reach Brussels Tourism Guide. Messages come straight to the person who writes and maintains the guides, and every one is read.
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send
Brussels is a city where published details go out of date quickly, and readers usually notice before we do. If you have just been somewhere and found that the facts here were wrong, please tell us. The kinds of correction that help most:
- An admission price or STIB fare that has changed
- A museum or attraction that has altered its closing day, or shut for refurbishment
- A restaurant, bar or shop that has closed or moved
- A tram, bus or metro route that has been rerouted or renumbered
- Seasonal opening dates that no longer match — the Royal Palace, the Christmas market, Ommegang
- A place we have recommended that no longer deserves it
If you can, include the date you visited and the article you were reading. Corrections are made in the article itself, with the update noted, rather than left in a comment thread.
Other reasons to write
Questions about planning a Brussels trip are welcome, and the interesting ones often turn into new guides. Press and media enquiries, permission requests to quote or reference material published here, and reports of technical faults with the site all reach the same inbox.
What we can’t help with
Brussels Tourism Guide is an independent publication, not a travel agency and not a tourist office. We cannot make, change or cancel a booking of any kind, and we do not hold reservations at any hotel, restaurant, museum or tour operator mentioned on the site.
For anything that needs an official answer, the right places are:
- Official tourist information — visit.brussels, which runs the tourist offices on the Grand-Place and at BIP on the Place Royale
- Public transport, tickets and disruptions — STIB-MIVB
- Trains and airport transfers — SNCB
- Municipal matters, permits and public holidays — brussels.be
We also cannot advise on visas, residency, or consular questions. Those belong to the Belgian immigration authorities and to your own country’s embassy in Brussels.
Replies
This is a small independent site, not a support desk. Expect a reply within a few working days. Corrections are usually acted on faster than they are answered — if you report a wrong price, the article may well be fixed before the reply arrives.
